Tackle ??????????

Just thought I would get you thoughts after reading the new Fox alarm thread

it a new peice of tackle brought out to catch the fish or the carper ?????

I know I'm a Tackle-Tart, but there's no doubt that a great deal of the gear out there, these days, is going to catch a lot more anglers, than fish. At the end of the day, tackle on it's own cannot catch fish. Anglers catch fish - at least, good anglers, catch fish. The best bit of kit in the world, isn't going to catch fish, for a crap angler. Love him, or hate him, Chris Yates is the only example you need, of an angler who doesn't need fancy gear, to catch big fish - regularly. Ask him which bite alarm is the best!

I know what you're sayin' Wrongenuk. It's all very well using all the 'traditional' gear, but it was hardly made with fish welfare, in mind. Good point, mate.
