been trying to find the said website, but no joy, does anyone know a working JRC products site....???

Lucky for me Mr Wrongen was in the know and had a phone number from when he had, had a faulty product, bingo phoned them problem will be sorted.

All I need is a replacement mesh for my net, gotta wait till the end of next month though as they are waiting for a delivery from China.

I have found them to be very good at Jrc ......the other year I managed to break my bedchair ( not a first for me LOL )
so I sent them a mail explaining how it happened and how they could improve the product ......I asked for a replacement part and they offered to send me a brand new bedchair, which I said no to, as the one I had broken had only been used once and I could repair it with the repacment part ( wich I recived a couple of days after the mail )

I have a terry hearn JRC bedchair. Its good value for money but Ive had a couple of issues.

The mud feet fall off to easily which is really annoying.l

Gotta agree about the customer service as its great as they sent me a new bedchair straight away as the one that was faulty had been discontinued.

Cant fault the service but I think they need to just tweek their products a bit to give 100% satisfaction
