Hi Chris,

Well I guess it all depends on what you are looking for?
Whether you plan to drive or fly?
Whether you are looking to take your own gear or hire onsite?
What size fish you are looking for?
Whether you want a venue that you can fish leisurely or somewhere a bit challenging?
Also if driving how far you fancy driving once you are in France?

You could take a look at Etang de Planchon, a new lake opening for it's first season next year with virgin carp up to 50lb+.
Drive & Survive and All Inclusive packages are available and can be customised to suit you.

Etang de Planchon website

You could also have a flick through the Venues France section as that may give you a few ideas.

If you have any questions or queries, please feel free to give me a shout.
