To add a photo or picture to your post just follow these steps

stage 1
1. Click on host an image on the top menu bar (its the icon with a photo and a disc in front of it)
2. Then click on browse and choose the photo you want from your pc. Select the size you want the photo displayed as (320 or 640 is normally fine).
3. Click on host it
4. Then click on copy underneath image url: (you should have some code copied now that you can paste)

stage 2
1. Click on image on the top menu tool bar (the icon is a photo)
2. Paste in the code you just copied from the previous steps
3. click on ok

Thats it!
